All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed terms. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services in case of non-payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our company policy.

4. Responsibilities

We ensure to provide trained and verified house help staff. However, clients are advised to supervise the services for their satisfaction and safety.

5. Liability

Disa Care Forever is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. All client data is kept secure and used only for service-related communication.

7. Amendments
